Who are we?
After 10 years of research at LORIA (Lorraine Research Laboratory in Computer Science and its Applications), we now put our expertise to work characterizing and protecting IT systems from the most hidden threats.
Our specialty?
Today, we are the only ones able to apply the morphological analysis method, which characterizes a threat by its behavior rather than relying solely on our malware database. This allows us to easily recognize a new virus or its variant and map it as control flow graphs. This innovation, combined with formal methods tools, delivers unmatched precision on executable files and requires no training phase.
Why a Gorilla?
Although we’re all King Kong fans, our solutions were named GORILLE by the DGA (French Defense Procurement Agency) during our early proof-of-concept work.
We ultimately embraced this name, as it perfectly captures what we do: a powerful tool against threats, steadfast, and above all, protective.
